The course is good but there is a lot of information to retain and without taking copious notes I feel that I may have failed the test

This course was broken down into easily manageable chunks. It covered a lot of material and explained things clearly without going into too much detail or becoming too technical. It gave a good overview of the subject.
Informative content relating to the subject matter.
The training was clear and informative explaining acronyms commonly used in the industry which are heard but not commonly known. Also had further reading material if you wanted to go further in depth on particular subjects.
