Informative, engaging, interesting, vital knowledge for both my work and home life.
I have been using IT for nearly 30 years but it was incredibly interesting to learn what all the different acronyms actually mean. The descriptions of things such as viruses and Trojan horses and explanations about what VPN etc actually are was so useful. I have a relative who was recently scammed and I feel like I will be able to explain to him how it happened, which should help him feel better about it. I would consider this course content vital for anyone who uses IT.
Excellent Course
This was an excellent course, concise and to the point with further information available if required. The presenter was very clear and the questions throughout the course focused the mind.
