Very thorough and informative

I really enjoyed doing this online course. It was packed full with information and covered a big variety of topics. It was very detailed and fully explained how important customer service is.

Out of touch with COVID

Doing this course amid COVID where it does not even make a suggestion of how to interact wearing a mask seems to be missing a very significant point. This is all about call centres or Teams, Zoom meeting experience.

Good introduction to customer service

I thought it was an excellent introduction to good customer service and it covered well the importance of representing your company and good communication skills – with positive phrasing. It also emphasised the importance of customer service to a successful business.
