A good test which can help any business owner understand their customer better. Great for personal development too. I'll be taking much of this on board from now on.
The course is good for people who have little knowledge of customer service. It has some good points included, bringing awareness up to date with social media and reviews. For me it was a little drawn out, but appreciate for new learners would be very useful.
