The Customer Service online training is very useful information because you actually need to know that you’ve got to be approachable. The way you present yourself is very important. You need to be able to have good eye contact and you need to be patient with people.
The course was fine but it doesn’t make you feel very valued to have the name associated with my arena email incorrect and as a result my name on this course is incorrect.
