So easy to use...as I for 1 have difficulties using a computer..but the step by step knowledge and easy to listen to video...makes it so helpful and you also have the chat rooms to help you if your stuck..5 * fromme plus I passed my first test ...

I enjoyed the course, thought it was just the right length. I found the course instructive. A reminder to actively listen to enquiries or comments. To bear in mind that generally visitors want to share their experiences with you and need to believe their opinions matter.
The training covered some fundamental ways to deal with customers and tips to help the customer to get the best out of each encounter and for us as reps to deliver the best service.

Went in with a bit of a negative attitude but found that I learned a thing or two I can take with me into the future. I found the text summaries at the end of each video helpful for engaging with its core message. The length was about right. Much longer would have had diminishing benefits.
