I like the short videos follewd by some questions I find d it helps consecration and the fact you can stop it or rewind if you need to is really helpful.
Customer service you must always look after your customers all of the time. You need them as much as they need you.
This course is to the point. It also gives you further reading material that helps you understand clearly.
