A really good course and very informative.
Agrees with my past experiences. Also adds new ideas about the changing nature of Business communications. Too be honest; I've met an awful lot of Retailers who would benefit from this course. A really terrible state of affairs. Thanks.

Really interesting and work centred which was good. Gave a insight into good customer service and how it should be delivered.
