A useful course and good reminder of the standards we should be working to. Thank you for including a transcribed page and subtitles on the video. I have a slight hearing impairment that makes hearing courses like this difficult sometimes so I really appreciated the thought that had gone into this.

Great way to help my customer care be the best it can be
The division of the course and the content into bite-size pieces helped me to digest the information carefully. I found the information was well explained. I enjoyed the challenge of the test. However, I didn't fully understand the final question in the test. It was the wording of the question more than anything.
