This training was easy to follow, made absolute sense and gave important points in ways that can be retained long term
This course contains some very useful information on how to present good Customer Service. I did however, think it inappropriate that in Section 3: Handling Customer Complaints, one of the female Customer Service Representatives was openly laughing at the interaction from the male Customer Service Representative who was demonstrating how to resolve a customer complaint.
Great refresher information for me. Good customer service is so important. Videos are great reminder to experienced people and a brilliant introduction for any one starting out in a customer service role.
I am of the older Generation and for the last 3 years I have done a lot of Training on IHASCO, Understood so easily, and time to take notes as well Thank You
