The training was interesting, concise and clear. I learned a few new pieces of useful information. The test did not include trick questions, which I prefer.
The lack of sincerity, where everyone knows that you have been trained in Customer Services and that they know you have just been told to Thank them, Apologise to them, Try to solve their problem. Whether you care or not is of no consequence. Whatever they say. Robots.
It was quite annoying at parts mainly because of the length and some of the pieces of advice that I already knew but other than that I felt it was somewhat useful.
The presentation and content of the course were excellent for my job role.
