Good foundation to CS

Please note that as I used to head Customer services for blue chip companies in my former life - this course was 'teaching me to suck eggs' in a polite way. Some stats have changed and obviously social media forms a huge impact however there was nothing in this course that I really didn't know, or in fact could have added content to.

Really considering and easy to follow.

After a few attempts,got it right in the end,but overall a great experience.

Overall good

Course was informative and well presented on the whole - however I would not like to be served by the lady in the red checked shirt on the "telephone service " sections as she looked as if she were laughing at the chap who was being used to present the section.
