clean and straightforward, thank you. [I found a minor technical flaw with regards to jumping backwards and forwards again through the videos but there doesn't seem to be scope on here to elaborate on that issue. other than that it worked pretty well]

This course was engaging, informative and just about the right length ie under one hour!
The course is whole about customer service, how can we change unhappy customer to a happy customer, the skills, methods, self assessment, improvement within, how can we better tackle complaints and finally is about solution oriented. It's a good course. Thank you.
