Enjoyable and informative

customer service is not just to outside customers but also to internal support. That our dress is what a customer sees first if they visit in person 60% is non verbal. Also how we speak and tone of voice so essential. I thought the 10 - 10 rule was a new concept - greet within 10 seconds and when within 10 feet of reception. The only criticism I have is that there was some discussion on how to use the telephone but I believe this is essentially an additional course to do .

Clear videos and correct length.

I like that it's easy to stop and continue the course from where you left off. Good content, although just confirming of what I already knew. Good length of course - any longer and I wouldn't have been as engaged.

Very boring and time taking

Is a very time taking. I’m not really into it at all . I will love to do it in a class as it use to be.

Clear and precise

I find this 35 minute training very useful for my new job role as a patient services clerk. The information was conveyed clearly and positively, very easy to understand and follow. It is very effective for me!

Very useful training.

Hi, I am very pleased to do this course customer service because I did learn how to welcome angry, frustrated, violent customer in a work place. Now I am more confident of dealing with customer of any background thank you for for the course

it worked

clean and straightforward, thank you. [I found a minor technical flaw with regards to jumping backwards and forwards again through the videos but there doesn't seem to be scope on here to elaborate on that issue. other than that it worked pretty well]
