Another great course from iHasco with great content and will put together. The course has good audio and files and video's. However as often with iHasco the exam has no video's or audio files, as a suffer of dyslexia this is makes the exams hard work and not the same as the rest of the course. Would be 5 star if exam offered audio files.
The course covered clearly what should be correct customer service especially dealing with complaints and angry customers.
Good reminder in our role as House Guides and Events.
