This was an extremely informative, enjoyable and above all valuable session and I look forward to putting some of the techniques I've learned today into practice.
It was a good training I learnt a lot of customer service skills and benefits of providing excellent customer service and various response of giving best customer behaviour ,also learnt about surveys and ways of extracting feedback from customers

I enjoyed the course. The delivery was very good and I thought the content was very informative. It reminded me that there is always something new to learn - no matter how experienced a person is.
Much prefer this e-learning platform to the previous one we used, which consisted of endless text and clicking different sections for 'more info', as well as really irritating animated figures - I like that this one uses real people. Straightforward to use and information that's concise and far more easy to take in and remember. The option to go back and look at sections is great also.
The course on customer service was informative, interesting and will certainly give me the tools to make sure my performance in work is exactly what is expected of me.
A short course made longer by repetition. Some statics need emphasis. Overall an interesting course especially good for those lacking experience with interactions. Personally all the courses take much longer than stated.
