The course was detailed and meticulously created to help even beginners with the nuances of customer service. Some useful techniques like 10-10 rule, advise on dealing with violent customers and the step-by-step process of handling a furious or unsatisfied customer stood out for me, as they were rationally explained, instead of just succumbing to the irrational demands of the customer. Some tips for elevating the overall customer experience have been provided which would help us deal better with clients for a smooth handling of the onboarding or service providing processes.
Well presented,small easy to understand sections with good advice and makes you realise we can always improve and should never stop learning.
