Just reminded me of the importance of customer services and the effect we have on every individual we are in contact with
The trainer and content is easy to follow which makes the course easy to concentrate on The content is very relevant to the subject and the clips demonstrating the actions help reinforce the subject
The information video on the training did not work, it only covered about 30 - 40% of the training which left a number of questions within the test open to two possible answers - which gave you a 50/5 chance of getting correct.
I thought it was thorough and quite interesting, the actors were great and it kept me focused on the objective.

The audio commentary is clear and easy to follow. The accompanying video is relevant and does not distract from the commentary. The learning process is therefore easy to follow, with opportunity to replay the video as necessary. The key points at the end are helpful.
