This was a good presentation but maybe a minimum of two questions at the end of each section would be more beneficial. Unable to print the certificate though.
Very prevalent for any business and their employees. We become very complacent within our working environment - forgetting who our clients are (everyone!) and our approach to everyone - body language, speech etc. It covers it very well in a succinct manner. As well as good for new members of staff I think it is a positive reminder to existing members of staff too

Good to know that I practice this already. Sometimes you need to be reminded through courses like this.
The training was informative and gave me some new information. Some of the videos are a little repetitive as used multiple times to emphasise different points. Otherwise, it was clear and understandable teaching in an easy to learn way.
