good consise course - to the point , nice refresher .
Firstly I would thank you for your prompt response to my requesting this training. Having worked in a customer service based role I was very familiar with the training and what is expected, but it was good to revise the procedures. It was very well presented and informative.
Was familiar with this topic but course was an excellent and welcome refresher.
I enjoyed the course and found it very comprehensive. One thing that could be improved was to synchronise the speaker's words with the audio. He was ahead of the script which made it difficult to watch. Otherwise I thought it was great. I have delivered Customer Service training myself over a half-day session and found your course was very effective in just 35 minutes. Thank you.
