Simple, sound and basic advice for those new to Customer Service or those in need of a reminder on how to deliver service that delights the customer (even if it stems form an initial problem).

As with the other courses I have completed so far, this one is very clear and precise, well presented course.

Great course
The course was indepth and enabled me to take ideas back to those in the room that haven't done the course, especially around the complaints part. One thing i would say would be that even though i clicked on one answer it doesn't allow you to change your answer straight away which impacts the way i get a full 100% because sometimes i may click it and then realise hmmm let me change that, without the system saying its right or wrong.
Early on when it said customers hold a stake in a business and there are internal and external customers, that is wrong. People who hold an interest in the business are 'stakeholders', customers are one of many stakeholders. A delivery driver is not a 'customer' they are a 'stakeholder'.
