An ideal course for those wanting to brush up on their customer service skills - with easy to understand basic elements of what to do when faced with customers - either face to face, on the phone or online.
I found the course beneficial in providing useful information on promoting good customer service and hope to be able to draw from when working with customers.

The course was very informative and clear and easy to navigate although I believe that when taking the test you should be able to select the answer and then submit it as a couple of the tests I have done I have lost a mark or two for accidentally pressing the wrong answer whilst trying to see the other answers by swiping up and down on my phone
