I thought the people in the videos were vert stereotypical (in gender & ethnicity) Also some of the question were poorly worded. I did not understand the question on the one I got wrong.
It would be more useful to young people who have never worked before or people that have been warned about poor practice in customer service not as a "mandatory training". I can see its usefulness, but not its not something I ever want to do again.
This course covers a wide perspective and views of everyone engaging in the company, not just clients, but colleagues also. Well paced and informative.
Course was well structured, interesting and captured all areas as expected. Learn a few new things and approaches too.
