I thought the customer service skills training was very informative , I particularly liked the way in which it was presented and the format as the various sections were short but concise

Training had a visual aid and was mainly done via video. I found this process easy to follow and was user friendly.
An excellent course, which was easy to follow, would recommend this course to anyone starting in a customer service based career.
