The presenter keep your attention throughout the presentation and it was a very instructive course highlighting elements of timings of intervention from a customer satisfaction point of view.
I have done my Level 2 in Customer Services quite a long time ago, and I found this training course was much easier and explained things more clearly. Thank You.
