Some really useful tips and information on this course.
Defining everyone as customers in 1st two paragraphs then not stipulating if they were internal etc in the remaining slides was a little confusing. Test questions with double negatives were confusing also.

A good , step by step training course, informative, easy to remember, simple to follow and helpful key points and summary. multiple choice testing an advantage

Course enough to give the basics for dealing with customers, length of course reflected the level of information obtained well.
I used the customer service training both as a refresher due to working in customer service for the last 30 years and to gain new insight. The 10 10 rule was a handy tip and likewise having sight of your workplace dress code.
