Very Basic in content

With Sales & Customer Service Experience of over 25 years, it was a very basic course and not recommended for this level. I got 19/20 as I wasn't concentrating long enough on each question. (cocky without intent)

Customer Service really does open up your eyes but if you know how to Present yourself & be polite and understanding then it takes you a long way. It helps build up your business opportunities and your self esteem. All helps along the way to progress in life. Enjoyed the training.

Enjoyable Course

I really enjoyed this course. I fely that the narrator was very clear and precise. I'm definately taking away a renewed confidence in my approach to Customer Service knowing that I am offering a good level of customer care.
