Still useful after many years of running my own business, then working in several different customer-facing roles in other businesses, and now 'behind the scenes' at Datasharp. Worth the 1/2 hour!
Really good video - shows modern/fresh ...what good customer service should be/looks like and how to achieve it.
The course is repeated and doesn't become more advanced just the same each time. Meant to cover all aspects of CS but I don't think there's enough content for absolute beginners to learn, andrepetitive for more experienced staff
A very well thought out, structured and presented training session - clearly defined into modules with backing material readily available when needed. A logical flow relating to real life, which is spot-on!
