Really usefull information

The infomration that was given was really useful and a lot of it was things i didnt realise and would like to take foward into the workplace. It has made me reflect on how i deliver customer service and the ways in which i could improve. The videos were easy to follow and the questions at the end of each section helped to keep me engaged with what i was listening to

Even though I have many years of experience in looking after customers, this course was informative, concise and enjoyable. It covered all the basics in a non patronizing manner.

Plain and simple explanation

The course is not overly complex and is so easy to understand, gain the knowledge and skills required for great customer service. No jargon and tailored to suit every employee's training

Informative and relevant

This course explains in detail the benefits of positive communication with customers whether they are internal or external; how to identify the differences aswell as the downfalls of negative interactions. It also explains how to improve using self reflection

Great overview of Customer Service

Easy to follow, and engaging overview of what customer service is and of all facets to it good and bad. I felt maybe a little more could have been detailed on the segment of dealing with customers who have experienced bad service and are angry/upset re escalating to your manager and having a thorough knowledge of your companies complaints procedure, but otherwise an enjoyable and informative 35 minutes.

Course was ok but for me the arm waving is distracting and does not add really emphasis.It would have been nice to have had an explanation of why a supplier is seen as a customer
