Good content, poor video

The video and sound did not match up.Also one of the questions said that verbal reviews are trusted but spread slowly, or trusted and spread quickly. I went with spread slowly as good reviews do not tend to be shared with many people. The answer was that they spread quickly which I assume is with regards to bad reviews... I think this question needs the context of if its bad or good.

Great overview of Customer Services

Enjoyed the training and it kept me interested the whole way through. I like the way things were explained in small chunks and also how you could access further details to the video.
