I found the customer service training very interesting but some of the questions were hard
Pretty straightforward, however some handy little tips and tricks to take onboard. May have liked slightly more interactivity throughout the course to break up consecutive videos and listening.

Very inspiring course which reflects a lot of common-sense reminders of every day practices that we often forget to reflect, improve personal behaviour in order to enhance personal confidence, and deliver a much better customer experience.
