I feel this course addressed many of the important areas of giving good customer service. I will endeavour to continue to provide this in my current capacity as a sales assistant. Many thanks for the clear, concise way in which you deal with this particular area, your input has been invaluable.
I like that videos have got subtitles it really helps people with disabilities ie deafness.like myself
This short course gave me lots of good tips about how to give and improve my customer service. The ideas given and points made were really useful, practical and relevant. It was (38?) minutes very well spent. I found the section about how to deal with complaints particularly useful. Thank you very much.

I found this course gave me a lot of information which I can use for the future.
but the overall problem with it is that most of the information being said during the course was already known to me and not having the ability to skip over some of the videos was really frustrating
An informative course , a lot of useful tips to use in the work place.
Easy to follow, informative and interesting. Great that is in in 50 second parts, very handy to stop and start if necessary during the working day.
