Makes you think logically for preparing a constructive argument, such as requesting a pay rise or some other work issue you wish to challenge.
The speaker was clear, the content well structured and generally it was very slick, but i felt the subject matter was pretty basic and a lot of it was common sense
This was a good, clear module with a clear message about how much our own preconceptions and beliefs can influence our opinions and that we must challenge ourselves about them. I enjoyed it. Not sure I learnt all that much but then I am quite ancient and have come across all sorts of training like this. But it would be useful to people starting out in the career.
Simple and effective training.
