good course for refresher
only thing i thought was wrong and it may have changed,was the section where to do CPR it said to place your hands and be level with the nipples, it used to be go 2 finger widths above the sternum. apart from that i thought it was a great reminder course.
Concise and clear
I thought this was a good top up / reminder about CPR and using AEDs – clear videos and instructions, and appropriate test questions on the important elements of what we've learned.

Very insightful and educational
I learned things that I did not know or was not taught in school, but I feel it should be. It was very helpful, and I think I can put these skills to use, but hopefully I won't.
