Made aware of hazardous substances and their dangers

I think everyone should do this as it shows just how many substances we use in our daily lives either at home or at work that could be classed as hazardous. Substances like detergents and washing up liquid as well as the more obvious ones such as bleach. Also made aware that not all harmful substances are liquids. Powders, sprays and those giving off fumes can be just as harmful to both us and the environment and we should be just as careful about disposing of these items as well as using them.

Needs less video and more reading material

The content of the coshh training was very easy to follow.

He makes me not want to watch, so I skipped all the videos. I hope you are not paying him? If you are then I suggest you get a refund. Find someone who has at least a tiny bit of character and charisma.

Imparts some key safety information for all those who use, control or work with and around chemicals.

The training was very useful and highlighted a great deal of issues. What I would have liked to have seen was a link to show an example of where and how to get extra training e.g. clearing up a chemical spill.
