Step by step walk through process which informed and refreshed along the way. Have done a number of traditional courses over time and this one was the first by e-learning. Very good and time efficient way of doing things.

EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL UNTIL THE TEST WHEN IT KEPT FREEZING EVERY COUPLE OF QUESTIONS SO IT TOOK JUST AS LONG TO COMPLETE THE TEST AS IT DID TO VIEW THE WHOLE OF THE TRAINING SESSION.
