This was very thorough and the questions were manageable for normal employees without specialist H&S knowledge. One improvement could be images of real workplace COSHH scenarios rather than computer generated domestos bottles, but clearly this would add to the cost of production. One tiny criticism - it was suggested that COSHH materials be kept in an airy place ... then showed the door closing on a cupboard. This was just a little bit counter-intuitive. Overall though - very comprehensive.
The course was clearly presented. It was comprehensive as well as concise in its coverage. The course and test are designed to be completed in a reasonable amount of time and gave consideration to the busy schedule that teachers have.
This online course was well presented, well paced and a good refresher.
