Enjoyed the short clips which made it easier to listen and conventrate and the summary at the end of each clip allowed you to check notes or add to them

It is easy to fit these into your working day as they do not last very long and you can go back to them.

Course is easy to follow, repeat of certain sections is easy and maneuverable. Only downside is that if you return video to the begging or to some point you can't put it back or move forward but you have to wait to run on it's own.
