Delivering training in this way does tick the box but it misses an opportunity for something to be entertaining and engaging. If the company is really serious about delivering learning and development in this area it will find a way, perhaps by asking individuals within each team to give a quick, simple presentation on each element to the rest of their team. This format actually disengages people from an important topic.
