In one of the videos, the 'corrosive' pictogram is incorrectly labelled as 'environmental hazard'. A very poor mistake given the seriousness and importance of the subject. This type of course is too simplistic and easy to obtain a good score. After finding the mistake, I skipped through without watching the videos and still scored 100%in the test. Even if I hadn't, I was then told I could retake the test.
