Follows things through in a clear manner. Well presented. Could be improved by revisiting the hazard pyramid (hierarchy of controls) visually rather than verbally for each section. Repetition and on-screen display of organization names and hierarchies would embed information for some users better.
Videos are short but informative, no risk of getting bored, which is perfect. The 20 'multiple answer' questions are well thought out and designed, a great way to retain the most important information about Health & Safety in a workplace.

Good way to refresh on correct procedures
A well delivered and informative training session which I found to be clear and 'to the point'. Presented with enough formality and friendliness so as to be easily understood and not confusing and intimidating.
This course has raised my awareness and understanding of hazardous substances, both at work and home. I enjoyed the history, wanted to learn more and read all the additional material.The delivery was clear and concise coupled with engaging graphics.
