I tried without earphones at first and couldn't hear properly, but ok with ear phones. It was very informative and I felt I learned new things from it.
Its always good to refresh its a shame we are on Lock down so hard to follow up on the job .

I would recommend this course to anyone, as i think is very important to any business and their employees.
Refreshers are very good to keep you reminded of responsibilities when using substances dangerous to health to keep yourself and others safe.
