Pitched at the right level as it can be a very daunting subject
Course oon environmental subjects opened my eyes to a few things . Its ok to say things like buy loose items i do where ever possible. But big supermarkets have us by the balls on certain things. Ie pre packaged meat as they have put business like butchers out off business ie where i stay we used to have fish shop fruit and veg shop 5 butchers shops now none .big supermarkets chains should be doing these courses thank you regards Robert Melrose

A good summary would be entirely useful for us although the way we risk assess via something we call a "COSHH assessment" not the normal risk assessment
