nice and easy to follow and to understand
Hard to make this subject matter interesting but it did a good job. The trainer was calm and informative. (Earrings kept changing though! Added some continuity interest!) Slides always try to show a different side to the words giving those who learn with their eyes more than their ears, an extra element. The bite size portions made it easier to absorb the information also.

It's not as good as hands on training but it was informative and I did learn from the training
