The training session is extremely well made. All topics are split into in bite sized sections to prevent people from getting bored and drifting off. This along with the attention to detail and animations, help you really take in the information needed.
Good to know what the symbols mean as I have never had them explained to me before. Although much of the course is common sense, it raises awareness of the dangers and to be proactive about them.
