Most of this has been covered on various other courses i have been on, only in more depth

Very important to learn about cosh for yor safety and safety off others
Generally good introductory course overall. However, questions at end of test do not always specifically align with the key points topics covered, leading to potential ambiguity of response. The modules need to be amended to avoid confusion to the trainee in this respect.
It is good to know that these courses are around ,to keep you upto date with everything that you need to know
