This online training package was easy to navigate, and gave a lot of information clearly and in a few words; brief but comprehensive, provoking self reflection and providing tips and advice to develop helping relationships.
Conflict management links into a course I did on counselling / active listening a year or so ago. Crucial of course is the employers support to staff in handling conflict situations. My previous workplace did not have a zero tolerance policy towards bad behaviour.
A good all round approach to resolving conflict. Well presented and visuals assist learning.

I liked the way it was set up, with additional information at the side of each clip. I also thought the tutor was clear, concise and easy to listen to.
Nice quick course and was easy to understand the short yet informative video clips. Liked the test at the end too.
