Gave some really good thought in gow to appraoch my life both professionally and personally.

Conflict resolution helps to diffuse situations to prevent it escalating which may then affect the work environment. The course identified methods to ensure such conflicts are dealt with in a way that does not attach blame but ensures a positive working environment.However it does mention that sometimes conflicts may have to go through a formal process. However, the main emphasis is to prevent this occurring in the first place.It was a well developed course and I learnt a lot.
