I learnt about the importance of using emotional intellegence to manage conflict. - thinking about feelings of the other person before acting, is it worth it? - Emotional factors - triggers, reactions and feelings logical factors - consider - what has happened, who is affected, and taking practical steps Communication being the key to conflic resolution - good communication can resolve conflict, using active listening.
