Easy listening with practical advice for containing good relationships with colleagues
I think it mentioned lots of useful techniques such as the 3 steps approach to think over the issue before acting. But I guess it made some things too simplistic such as emotional intelligence which is a loaded term that I find can be problematic. Maybe emotional awareness or congruence would sit better with me.
Found it helpful and made me think about issues I just take for granted and get on with it ,also made me think about previous employment where relationships had deteriorated and werent looked into to resolve issues leading to the inevitable which was break down of relationship and employment.
Will definitely help. i found the course very stimulating and would like to do more.
Enjoyed the course makes it easy to understand how to approach an issue in the right way and includes so many tips and answers on how to resolve problems and disagreements
