Relevant and useful.

Good refresher

Not too long and did get straight to the point. Maybe a couple of specific examples would be helpful. Also in the work place sometimes you do have to just accept certain things that you don't agree with (especially if its a manager), Overall all though vey helpful.

Concise but a bit basic

for office staff only

E Learning (I spent 14 years in care work and speak from experience) starts as a shallot and builds layers to become a prize winning ONION it should be carefully thought out what courses apply to each type of work or in the end the E learning itself will produce an exodus of staff who will become sick to death of it. Worse courses are those that staff look on as social engineering, ie, Company policies/DNA/ our outlook etc, you may not agree with my viewpoint but it is based on experience of my own and colleagues opinions, dont let the shallot become a massive onion.

States the principles clearly

Much of the content is common sense and innate knowledge but it’s good to bring it altogether and state the principles clearly
